The February Luncheon combined with the 2026 AGA took place at the Panorama Hotel Prague in a spirit of friendship, constructive consensus and true Skål fellowship. The Hotel GM, Mr. Ivan Dvořák, kindly hosted us at his property, where members enjoyed a welcoming atmosphere complemented by an excellent menu and fine drinks. The setting provided an ideal balance between the formal part of the programme and informal networking among friends.

The General Assembly was conducted smoothly and in a positive and forward-looking spirit. Following the personal decision of Karel Zelený to step away from active membership in the Club, the symbolic baton was passed to Michaela Vaszi, who was unanimously elected as the new Secretary of the Club. We sincerely thank Karel for his long-standing dedication, leadership and valuable contribution to the development of the Club and its activities, and we wish Michaela every success in her new role.

We look forward to meeting again at our spring gathering at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV, where we will continue strengthening our professional ties and upholding the values of Skål: friendship, networking and doing business among friends.
